This is all done in Adobe XD, visual prototyping is smooth and easy in XD. Anigma plug in can be used to export this in HTML, it all depends on what type of files developer want.
That HTML file can be paste in WordPress or WebFlow.
Advantage using XD is, It's fast and easy to export movie file directly to your phone after downloading XD app to your phone. All prototyping is playing on your phone, record it and change the sizing in Adobe Express Cloud ( free for all users have Adobe account). No reason to use adobe affect, or premier. Adobe Express can export in any size of movie, even Gif file.

XD crashed often using Adobe Stock photos. I had to do it all over again and wait until Could fixes it.
